6mm ARC is NOT simply necked-down 6.5 Grendel! The overall case length for 6mm ARC is .030" SHORTER than 6.5 Grendel. The length to the base of the shoulder is likewise .030" SHORTER. You will likely face issues when trying to form ARC brass from Grendel brass.
