Before sending an inquiry! We strive to answer all emails in a timely fashion but some will take precedence over others. We receive many “I see you offer... but I would like…”, “I’m looking for… can you make it”, “How much is…” messages a day it is difficult to keep up with all of them. You can build and price a barrel on our online store, ShawCustomBarrels.com/shop. All available options are listed and a price will be shown in real time as you build your barrel.

"When will... be back in stock?" Many of our in-stock products are limited to what we have on hand. If we are low on or run out of a product a new batch gets put in the works. We unfortunately do not have timeframes for restock as they are manufactured alongside all other barrels.

Order FAQ

I placed an order online and want to know if it was received.

-If you received an Order ID, then the order has been successfully placed.  This will be on the order confirmation screen and the confirmation email (unless your email was misspelled).  (Remember to check your Spam Folder as well.)  You do not need to contact us to confirm receipt of the order in this case.  The Order ID is the confirmation.  Orders can also be found in your Order History by logging into your account.

When will my order be processed?

-Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of when they are placed.  Orders placed after close of business on Thursdays, as well as any order placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday (or next business day if the Monday is a major holiday).

I placed an order during a sale.  Will I still receive the order in the standard timeframe?

-We strive to accurately, and quickly, process and ship all orders regardless of when they are placed.  Our staff does not grow along with order volume, however.  Delays are inevitable in some circumstances, especially when holiday closures are involved.  We ask for your patience during these times.  Order Status Update Requests take valuable time away from processing and shipping orders, so please just sit tight and know that you will receive your order.

The estimated build time for the product I ordered was X, now I see it is Y.  Is my timeframe still X?

-Any increases in estimated timeframes per product apply to all open orders for that product, regardless of the estimated timeframe presented at the time of ordering.  ALL TIMEFRAMES FOR MADE-TO-ORDER PODUCTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

How will tracking information be provided when my order ships?

-For the majority of orders, tracking numbers are emailed directly from UPS the same day the package leaves our facility.  This means the tracking number will come from a UPS email address, not a Shaw Barrels email address.  Don't ignore the UPS notification!
-For orders shipped via USPS (not common for web orders), we will manually send an email with tracking information.
