Distributor/Dealer understands and agrees that a late fee of 1.5% interest per month will be charged for invoices not paid or partially paid over 45 days.  Should any invoice(s) remain unpaid and collection ensues, Distributor/Dealer agrees that there will be a charge for reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
